Charles K. Pope

Charles K. Pope of Hartford passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 72 years.  He was born March 30, 1944 in Hartford, the son of Charles and Rose (nee Krapf) Pope, Sr.  Charles enjoyed walking, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his sisters, June Vasko of Hartford, and Ruth (Steve) Steiner of Port Orange, FL.  He is also survived by his nephews, Scott Vasko of Oconomowoc, Nick (Desiree) Vasko of Hartford, and Kyle Steiner of Daytona, FL, and by his great niece and great nephew, Lillian Bock of Hartford and Colton Vasko of Hartford.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Charleen Roethle, brother Jim Pope, and brothers-in-law Louie Vasko and Dave Roethle.

Visitation is Wednesday, March 1st from 10-11 a.m. at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home - Hartford, with the service to follow at 11 a.m.  The Rev. Scott Moore will officiate.  The Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home – Hartford is serving the family.
