Katherine J. (Simmons) Hagen

Katherine Jean (nee Simmons) Hagen was born December 13, 1939 to Lyle & Grace (nee Brownell) Simmons.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Hagen, brothers Robert and John Simmons.  She is survived by her sisters Beverly Scott, Karen Lucas and sister in law Jane Simmons.  She also leaves behind 10 nieces and nephews and an uncle Richard Brownell.

Kathy loved her family, animals and flowers.  One of her favorite things to do was to go fishing.  She grew up in West Allis, WI and later moved with her parents to Big Bend, WI.  She had lived in Eagle River, WI for a time before moving back to Big Bend to again live with her parents.

Because of a fall breaking her pelvis and other health issues, she went to live at Clearview in Juneau, WI.  She spent many happy, good years there.

Visitation is Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Clearview Nursing Home 198 Highway DJ, Juneau, WI.  Funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m.  Pastor Scott Moore officiating.  Internment Wisconsin Memorial Park Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
