Ronald V. Kohrt

Ronald V. Kohrt of Juneau, passed away Friday April 1, 2016 at home at the age of 69 years. He was born December 13, 1946 in Juneau the son of Victor and Marcella (Kienast).  Ron served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a life time member of Juneau Rod and Gun club. He had a talent working with his hands and demonstrated this through his wood working skills.  His family was the center of his life and was his top priority.  He was a member of Juneau American Legion Post #15 and a life time member of St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church.

Ron id survived by his loving children; Lisa (Joe) Reisinger of Rockford, IL, Tony (Wendy) Kohrt of Burnett and Monica ( Zak) Roozen of Racine and his dearest grandchildren; Nicole (Rob Watson), Nicholas (Raiden Packer), Cheyenne, Abigail, Izaiah, Noelle and Naomi and his precious great grandchildren Liam and Hadley.  Also surviving are his brother, Wayne (Judy) Kohrt and his sister Cheryl (Jim) Koepsell, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends..

Proceeded in death by his parents and his sister and brother-in-law Shirley (George) Dittberner.  

Visitation is Friday April 8th, 2016 from 11:30-1:30pm at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Juneau.  Funeral service will follow at church at 1:30PM.   Interment St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.  The Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home-Juneau is serving the family.
