Harvey A. Pribnow of Juneau, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7th at age of 101 years. He was born June 10, 1922, son of Edwin and Mella, nee Hoff, Pribnow.
Harvey farmed in the Burnett area for over 30 years. He married Laverna nee Lindert in 1945. They moved to Juneau in 1959. He worked for the Dodge Co. Highway Dept for over thirty years. He was a long-time member of St John’s Ev. Lutheran church Juneau. Harvey did volunteer work in Juneau… shoveling snow and cutting grass for many years.
He is survived by his son Eugene ( Carol ) of Portage, his grand-children Philip (Chris) Pribnow, Philayne Pribnow and Philecia Pribnow, and two great-grandchildren- Alyssa, and Alex, also survived by a sister-in-law Joanie Pribnow and other relatives and friends
Harvey is preceded in death by his wife Laverna, a brother Lester and his sister Anita.
Visitation is Tuesday, Feb 13, 2024 from 11-1 P.m. at the Berndt Ledesma Funeral Home in Juneau. A Funeral service will follow at 1 P.m. at the funeral home. Rev. David Brandt will officiate. Interment is at the Burnett Stone Cemetery in Burnett Wis. Memorials to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
