Patricia A. (McCormick) Seibert

Patricia A. Seibert of Hartford passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017.  She was born June 12, 1930 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Mathew and Florence (nee VanPeenan) McCormick . 

Pat was a homemaker and loved raising her children.  She enjoyed trips to the Madison casinos, gardening, and traveling around the country and South America. 

Pat is survived by her daughters Kathleen Seibert of Hartford, Diane (Tony) Grinwald of Rubicon, Susan (Tim) Polzin of Watertown.  Grandchildren Jacob and Andrew Grinwald, Caleb & Marli Schmitz.  Also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.  Preceded in death by her husband, and son Mike. 

Private services will be held.  Internment Wood National Cemetery, Wood, Wisconsin with her beloved husband.
