Betty Ann (Pankow) Malchek

Betty A Malchek passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022 at the age of 70 years.  She was born in Beaver Dam, WI on July 29, 1951. The daughter of Clarence and Annie Mae [nee McPhearson] Pankow. She graduated from Mayville High School. Betty was married on August 6, 1969 to Walter A Malchek Jr at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mayville, WI for 52 glorious years. Together they raised 4 phenomenal children: Tonya, Jenny, Keri, and Jason. Betty enjoyed gardening, crafts, vacations, spending time with family, friends and talking with anyone.

She is survived by her husband, Walter of Beaver Dam; three daughters: Tonya (Bill) Polley, Jenny (Doug Lake) Brown, and Keri Kastein; Grandchildren: Nick Banyasz, Brandon Polley, Angela (Shane) Bowers, Trevor Tesch, Aryn (Blake) Scoville, Taylor Brown, Dylan Kastein, Isabel Kastein, Gavin Kastein, Jordan Malchek, and Willow Brashear; Great Grandchildren: Jason Banyasz, Cain Scoville, and Alexander Bowers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Malchek Sr; grandson, Jason Malchek Jr., parents, brother, brother and sister-in-laws.

Visitation services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 4-6 pm at Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home, 150 W. Oak Grove St, Juneau, WI 53039.
