Catherine Louise (Sibigtroth) Holt

Catherine Louise Holt (nee Sibigtroth) age 85, passed away on December 29, 2024, in Milwaukee, WI.  She was born on October 9th, 1939 in Bon Aire, Iowa, daughter of John and Elizabeth Lilly (nee Haslam) Sibigtroth.  She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 64years, Richard Holt, her daughter Debora (Scott) Dziadosz and her grandson Bradley Dziadosz, along with many other family members and friends.

Catherine lived in Hartford, Wisconsin since 2005, after moving from their long-time residence in Hutchinson, Minnesota. She spent most of her working career at Hutchinson Technology.  Catherine enjoyed an active lifestyle playing tennis, walking with friends, and gardening.  She also enjoyed traveling.  She and Richard traveled to most of the United States and many foreign countries.  She spent a long retirement doing many activities, including square dancing and Ham radio club. She and Richard spent many winters in Port Aransas, Texas, where she enjoyed walking along the beach and playing tennis. She was always an avid reader and enjoyed doing word puzzles.

Family will receive relatives and friends Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Peace Ev. Lutheran Church,  1001 Center St. Hartford, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Steinbrenner will officiate.  Private Interment
