Judith Baumann Obituary

Judith L. Baumann passed on to her heavenly home on July 26th, having completed her calling one earth for 85 years. Judy was born on the 15th of July 1941, in Milwaukee. She was the daughter of Richard J. Niemann and Virginia M. Niemann (Marek). She graduated from high school in 1959 and attended Dodge County Teacher's College from 1960 to 1962 where she graduated with a certificate to teach elementary school. She met her husband, Donald Baumann, there in the fall of 1962, and the two were united in marriage on June 13th of 1964. Judy taught elementary classes in several Dodge County schools (The Herman School District and the Mayville School District) from 1962 to 1974. Their marriage was blessed with the arrival of their son Nathan Donald Baumann, November 16, 1971, and a daughter Danielle Beaumann April 15th 1976,  but continued that love with teaching Sunday School at St. Michael's Lutheran Church for a number of years. She assisted her husband with the community Meals on Wheels program until health issues prevented her active involvement. Judy was a very devoted mother and grandmother to her family and will be sorrily missed but remember for her kindness and generosity. Not only to her family but to all who entered her open and friendly domain as you will note in observance of the pallbearers listed in the Thank you section.
