June Marie (Harrer) Isherwood

June Marie Isherwood passed away on December 6, 2022.  She was born June 5, 1933, the daughter of Raymond and Gertrude (nee Golla) Harrer. She married William Isherwood on Aug. 10, 1953 in Stevens Point.

June was a faithful wife of 65 years and loving mother and grandmother. An avid reader who possessed and fostered in others a love for learning, June was a quiet, gentle woman who served others her whole life. She was well-informed on world events, politics, economics, and human health. Her simple faith led her to years of volunteering at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital and loving her family and many pets beyond measure.

June is survived by her son Michael  of Milwaukee, her daughters Lori Isherwood of Hartford, Beth (Danny) Pepprock of Richfield, and Nancy (Mark) Laufenberg of Hubertus. She is survived by her eight grandchildren; Joseph (Tara) Pepprock, Angela (Chad) Weichert, Samantha Pepprock, Rebecca (Kyle) Wilke, Jack (Maddy) Laufenberg, Justin (Lauren) Laufenberg, and Stephen(Emma)  Laufenberg, and Megan Isherwood,  Also, ten great-grandchildren; Malachi, Levi, Noah, and  Eli Pepprock, Maggie, William, Danny, and Rudy Wiechert, and Eloise and Watson Wilke

June was preceded in death by her husband, William .

Visitation is Sunday, Dec. 11th, from 2-3 p.m. at the Berndt Ledesma Funeral Home -Hartford.  The Funeral Service will follow at 3 p.m. at the Funeral Home.  Interment at St. Hubert Cemetery, in Hubertus.
