Myles Frings Obituary

Myles Eugene Frings, 1st Lieutenant USA (Ret.) was called home to be with his Lord on September 18, 2024. He was born son of Ray and Marie (nee Huck) Frings on January 2, 1931, in Theresa, WI. Myles was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed many hobbies and was a passionate Packers, Brewers, and Badgers fan. Myles greatest love was spending time with his family and friends.

Myles volunteered in the community, at his church and Kiwanis Club. Myles was proud of his military service and how it shaped his life. Myles received an honorable discharge as 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.

Myles was a kind and caring man with selfless generosity and a huge heart. He will be missed by many.

Myles leaves behind his loving wife, Pamela J. Pedersen. His four sons; Kurt (Jody Fritz) Frings, Gregory (Laurie Shepherd) Frings, Gary (Sara Record) Frings and Paul (Sheela Ghandi) Frings. Myles had eight grandchildren:  Tyler (Sarah Angelos), Zane, Kelly, Rogan (Simiyah White) Frings, Austin, Neil, Gavin and Soraya.  Myles also, had one great-grandchild; granddaughter Freya. Frings. Step-children; Debbie Medley, Christine (Daniel) Olkowski, John (Megan Ilse) Pedersen. Step-grandchildren; Micah Medley, Hannah, Luke, Reaghan, Kennedy Pedersen, Alan (Mya) Olkowski, Raymond and Elizabeth Olkowski.

In addition to his parents, Myles was preceded in death by his first wife, Boby J. (nee. Wheeler) Frings and his sister, Shirley Sievers.

The family would like to give special thanks to Debbie Medley and the Aurora Home Hospice team for their loving care.

As per Myles wishes, he will be buried in a private Celebration of Life at a later time. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy are encouraged to make a donation to their favorite charity in memory of Myles.
