Rick R. Qualmann, (formerly of Beaver Dam), passed away Sunday, November 16th, 2025, at the age of 63, in West Bend, Wisconsin.
He was a loved husband, father, brother, grandpa, uncle, son-in-law and friend to all he met.
Rick’s children were taught many life skills they will remember always. He loved being outside taking care of his yard. He was a gun collector and had a massive tool collection. If you needed something fixed, he was your man!
Rick will always be remembered from his days at Cortinas where he made many friends and where he also met the love of his life and wife of 40 years, Kay (nee Prust.)
Rick is survived by his wife Kay Qualmann; children, Nicholas (Natalie) Qualmann and Danielle (special friend, Vince) Qualmann; mother-in-law, Lorraine Prust; grandson, Cole Qualmann; brother, Jack (Deb) Qualmann; stepbrother, Norman (Betty) Stump; sisters, Sandra Witthun, LouAnn Schweiger, Linda (Bennett) Ludtke, and Shirley Schultz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and special friends, Dave Murphy, Robert and Mary Stephans, and many of the “Cortina’s gang.”
Rick is preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Sylvia (nee Brown) Qualmann, brother, James Qualmann, sister, Mary Qualmann, and brothers-in-law, Lynn Schweiger and Bruce Witthun.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
