Robert W. Schultz

Robert W. Schultz age 96, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026,  in Juneau, Wisconsin. He was born on the family farm in Clyman, the son of Herbert Schultz and Emma Mueller. Bob married Marilyn Rupnow on September 21, 1957, in Oak Grove, Wisconsin. 

Bob worked the family farm on Hwy 16/60 near Clyman while also working at Firari Brothers Trucking, Heim Cheese Company in Lowell, Beaver Dam Ready Mix in Juneau, and finally at John Deere in Horicon, WI. While at John Deere he was the Safety Committee Chairman. After retiring from John Deere, Bob tended bar at various establishments enjoying the people he met. Besides cows, there were also pigs on the farm and Bob served for a while as President of the Pork Producers and enjoyed serving pork at the Dodge County Fair.

He loved his wife, kids, grandkids (who he loved to tease) and his great grandkids. Telling stories, having a laugh and enjoying meals were always a highlight of his life especially with the family. 

Bob is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Marilyn (Rupnow) along with his children Christine (Michael) Krueger, Arlene (Steven) Carella, Nancy Laue and Kevin (Sandy) Schultz; grandchildren Sammy Jo (Korey Steward) Lenz, Nicholas (Molly) Krueger and Connor (Anna) Schultz; and great-grandchildren Banks Schultz and Josephine Krueger.

He is also survived by his sister, Carolyn Schoenwetter; in-laws Hilbert Rupnow, Belva and Lawrence Rupnow, Nada Rupnow, Josie Rupnow, Karen Rupnow; and various nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Schultz, son-in-law Jerry Laue and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

A Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Clyman WI where Bob was a member his entire life, on Friday, 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will also take place at the church from 9:00 a.m. -10:45 a.m.
