Scott Paul Eskridge, known for his warm heart and kind spirit, has bid farewell to this world to join his beloved pets over the rainbow bridge. Scott, aged 66, of Iron Ridge, WI, passed away peacefully at home on April 15th, 2024, surrounded by his devoted wife and cherished dog after a brave battle with cancer.
Born on April 3rd, 1958, in New Berlin, WI, to Marshall and Emilirose Eskridge, Scott attended New Berlin High School and was eagerly anticipating his 50th school reunion this year. A proud mechanic, Scott spent many years in Deltona, Florida, employed by Orange County, before returning to his home state. He also resided in Eagle River, Conover, and Iron Ridge, with winters spent in Wimberley, Texas.
In 2000, Scott met his beloved wife Cheryl, and together they shared a deep love for rock n' roll and Harley riding. Their shared passion for animals filled their home with love and laughter. With their marriage, Scott became a loving stepfather to Bradley (Jacci) Meier and Nicholas (Lucinda) Meier. He adored his grandchildren Leigh, Arlo, Zoey, Nora, and Etta, bringing joy to their lives with his playful jokes and funny faces.
Scott is survived by his brother Gary (Nancy) Eskridge, along with nephews Michael (Ali) Eskridge, Matthew Eskridge, and niece Melissa (Kacey) Schaub.
The family will be hosting a private gathering to honor Scott's memory.
