Sheryl Josephine Swan

Sheryl Josephine Swan passed Thursday March 19th, 2026, at 24 years old. She was born September 17th, 2001, to David and Misty Swan (Stanislawski). She loved reading science fiction books, gaming, swimming, and her cats Binky, Yoda and Bengal. She was writing a book and dreamed of getting it published. Her favorite color was sea green, and she loved pretzels and pepperoni pizza along with doing puzzles.

She is survived by her loving parents David Michael Swan and Misty Lyn Swan, her brothers Michael Richard and James Robert Swan, and her sister Robin Lacey Swan as well as Grandparents Susan Carstens, Terry Swan, Melody Stanislawski and Aunts and Uncles Amy Cantley, Lisa (Lucas) Stark, Dawn Stanislawski, Wendy Schmidt, Dion (Margaret) Stanislawski, and Darrell Stanislawski. Preceded in death by her Great Grandparents Richard and Dolores Carstens and Grandpa Gerald Stanislawski.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 9:30 – 11:00 AM at St. Matthews Catholic Church in Neosho. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM. Rev. Andrew Linn will officiate. Interment will be at St. Bartholomew’s Cemetery.

She loved animals so any donations in her name can be sent to the Dodge Co. Humane Society.
