Shirley Anna Renz

Shirley A. Renz, age 78, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday August 20th, 2023, in West Bend.

She was born May 16th, 1945, to Emil and Virginia Renz in Dedham, Massachusetts.  She moved to West Bend in 1960 during her sophomore year of high school.  There she met her former husband Richard and ended up building a family in the same town.

Shirley was a strong independent woman that loved her family.  She enjoyed the times she traveled, being in the outdoors, watching the Packers play each week, baking cookies, reading a good book, and especially following her grandkids around to their sporting or life events. She loved the beach and spending time on the shores of the east coast!  For many years she made & professionally decorated cakes that we all enjoyed!  She took immense pride in going back to school and earning her BS in business and her ability to get things done without anyone’s help.  She will be greatly missed by many!

Shirley is survived by her son Russell (Mary) Schlosser; daughter Nancy Fox; granddaughter Macy; two grandsons Cooper (fiancé Mikayla) and Crosby. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Shirley is preceded in death by her father Emil, mother Virginia, and her son Ryan.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date TBD.
