Virginia Still Obituary

Virginia “Ginny” Still (née Graczyk) of Kewaskum, WI passed from this world on Friday, March 27th, 2026, surrounded by the care and love of her family. She is survived by her husband Richard Still, daughters Jessica Still (Benjamyn Schroeder), Kristyn Still, and son Tyler Still, sisters Louise Zylka, Judy (Robert) Spohrleder, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Leonard Graczyk and Helen Graczyk, and her sister Patrica (David) Lipke.

Ginny was born in Eau Claire on September 18th, 1953. The family relocated to West Allis shortly after where she spent the rest of her childhood. She married her husband Rick on September 22nd, 1973, and they spent time in New Berlin before eventually settling for small town life in Kewaskum.

She started her career at Northwestern Mutual where she worked for 20 years building her way up to the position of Underwriter before moving on to the healthcare field in positions at Froedtert hospital in Milwaukee, and later at The Threshold in West Bend, helping support those with special needs. She also enjoyed volunteering at Kewaskum Elementary School for several years.

Ginny had a kind and loving nature and a gift for listening and carrying on long conversation. She was quick to become close with those she’d just met. She loved nature and in her youth was an avid camper, gardener and fisher. She also loved to travel. She and Rick spent many of their early years seeing different parts of the country.

She loved live music, especially Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney, both of whom she saw live in concert many times. She liked to read but also indulge in true crime shows as well as sitcoms like The Andy Griffith Show and Seinfeld. She was a true Wisconsin sports fan and instilled her love of the Green Bay Packers in her children. Ginny loved giving gifts, shopping for antiques, and could be found at the nearest rummage sale or craft fair procuring treasures to add to her own collections.

Most of all, she loved her family, who she always taught that love was the most important and valuable thing in life, above all else.

In lieu of formal services, her family is planning a Celebration of Life for family & friends, details to come. Her family would like to extend their gratitude to all the doctors and nurses at Froedtert in West Bend for taking such good care of her through her final days before she passed.
