William Joseph Peltier

William Peltier, Sr. passed away on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the age of 81 years. He was born son of Arvin and Mary (Tevz) Peltier. He married Shirley (Kirchoff) on October 10th, 1964. Together, they celebrated 60 years together just this year and this was very important to Bill. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran in the Air Force and he was very proud of this. He enjoyed spending his time working on cars, woodworking, and bird watching. He was an avid sports watcher and enjoyed Nascar and the Green Bay Packers the most. He loved to listen to all kinds of music, but the oldies in particular. Bill had a contagious, booming laugh and enjoyed sharing and laughing at jokes.  Bill felt his biggest accomplishment in life were his 4 children. He valued family more than anything else in his life and his family guided him through life.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Kirchoff) and children – Wendy (Michael) Loew, William Peltier Jr., and Tracy (Michelle) Peltier. He is also survived by grandchildren –  Samantha Loew, Taylor Loew, Cassandra Peltier, and Alexandra Peltier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by daughter – Kimberly Peltier, siblings – Arvin Peltier Jr., Mary Ann Drews, Charles Peltier, and Judy Plato, and parents – Arvin and Mary (Tevs) Peltier.
